What to do through the growing season

    After each sowing, water in hot, dry weather from 4th April through 28th October.

    Harvest Leaves

    30 May to 11 Nov Dates as each sowing reaches this stage

    After each sowing, pick outer leaves from 30th May and leave the centre. Keep picking through 11th November.

    • A cloche from autumn can keep plants picking later.
