What to do through the growing season

    After each sowing, water in hot, dry weather from 26th March through 12th November.

    Harvest Leaves

    After each sowing, pick outer leaves from 21st May and leave the centre. Keep picking through 26th November.

    • A cloche from autumn can keep plants picking later.
