What to do through the growing season

    After each sowing, water in hot, dry weather from 6th April through 30th October.

    Harvest Leaves

    1 Jun to 13 Nov Dates as each sowing reaches this stage

    After each sowing, pick outer leaves from 1st June and leave the centre. Keep picking through 13th November.

    • A cloche from autumn can keep plants picking later.
