Rocket

Eruca vesicaria

Rocket, also known as arugula, is a peppery-tasting leaf vegetable. It comes in two forms: salad rocket with larger, milder leaves, and wild rocket with narrow, hardier leaves. It is used in salads and culinary dishes for its distinct flavor.
