Plant the Sets
1 Mar to 31 MarPlant sets around 1st March - 31st March, tips just showing. Space apart. Firm the soil. Water only if the ground is dry.
- Skip planting if the bed sits wet.
- Birds lift sets. Cover with fleece or mesh until they root.

Keep Weed Free
1 Mar to 29 Jul Dates as each sowing reaches this stageFrom 1st March to 29th July, keep weeds down. Hoe lightly between the rows. Do not disturb the shallow roots.

Lift and Cure
25 Jul to 29 Sept Dates as each sowing reaches this stageHarvest from 25th July when the foliage starts to yellow and fall over. Lift carefully. Dry them for two to three weeks in an airy place, then store somewhere cool and dry.
